For over 30 years, Pozza Food Products has been the leader in freshly made dry and frozen pasta ranges throughout Sydney. Since then, a lot has changed and many competitors have come and gone. Some still compete, but it is Pozza that many customers come back to, time and time again, be that a retail customer or a food service customer. Pozza has an enviable reputation as a proven winner in quality and taste. Since it's inception, the Pozza family aimed to re create traditional Italian pasta products with authentic Italian recipes and tastes exactly like those that they missed when they once lived in their homeland. The Pozza family with their chef skills and entrepreneurial ability set about being one of the first, if not THE FIRST true wholesale manufacturer of home style pasta products. Sydney was still struggling with the acceptance of multi culturalism as a consequence, Italian food stuffs were still scarce and difficult to obtain.Since it's humble beginnings in a shed operating in a laneway at the back of Lidcombe NSW (a suburb very close to the Homebush Olympic's Site) a lot has changed. There was a higher demand and acceptance for Italian food and as a consequence the company grew to a larger site (also in Lidcombe) to where it is today on a modern site in Regents Park NSW still producing great pasta today!
