Warrambui is a unique retreat and conference centre just 30 minutes north of the National Capital and is an ideal venue to accommodate your business retreat or day meeting, church or community group getaway or school excursion. Opening early 2008, the Ensuite Complex will consist of three accommodation blocks with 18 ensuited rooms that hold four guests in single, stand alone beds. A further 4 ensuited rooms accommodate two guests each. The three accommodation blocks will have their own lounge meeting area where smaller groups can gather.
Two conference rooms will seat up to 180 guests and be outfitted with the audio visual equipment needed to run a polished presentation. The dinning room will seat 80 guests in its normal set up, but with prior arrangements can be set up for 180 dinners.
Warrambui’s distinctive Circular Building naturally draws people together and is fantastic for supervising your students as everything is under the one roof. Furthermore, our generous home-style meals are always a hit!
The centrum is the main meeting area in the circular building, it is naturally lit and is suitable for many different activities. This area measures over 11 metres in diameter and provides a unique focus point for meeting, talks, presentations, watching movies or group activities. A separate lounge area provides a second, smaller meeting area and is often used by group leaders to meet.
Six dormitory rooms fan off from the central gathering space. Each room accommodates up to 16 people including 4 in a unique ‘loft’ space. A teacher’s room that sleeps two is also available in the main circular building.
